The Savitri Temple Ropeway turns what used to be a steep hill climb into a quick, scenic ride above Pushkar’s rooftops and desert edges. The cabins rise steadily toward Ratnagiri Hill, and the town begins to look miniature below, with Pushkar Lake appearing like a soft blue-grey patch surrounded by temples and ghats. As the ropeway climbs, the Aravalli landscape spreads out in sandy, sunlit layers, and the view starts doing the spiritual work even before the temple appears. At the top sits Savitri Temple, dedicated to Goddess Savitri. Many visitors come for blessings, but most remember the viewpoint feeling just as strongly.
