Sajnekhali Watchtower
Three-storey concrete watchtower overlooking a freshwater pond and forest edge. Best results in early morning (6:30-9 AM) and late afternoon (3:30-5:30 PM) when wildlife is most active. Spotted deer, wild boar, monitor lizards, and several heron species are reliable; tigers possible but rare.
Bonbibi Shrine
Small thatched shrine to Bonbibi, the syncretic forest goddess, at the edge of the sanctuary compound. Honey-collectors, fishermen, and lodge boatmen offer prayers here before entering the forest. The interpretation panel explains the Bonbibi Johuranama epic in Bengali and English.
