Renuka Lake
About
Renuka Lake is the crown jewel of the region, located about 40 kilometers from Nahan. Surrounded by forested hills, the lake is shaped like a reclining woman, believed by locals to represent Goddess Renuka. The water remains calm and reflective, especially during early mornings. Boating on the lake feels peaceful rather than commercial. Monkeys line the walking paths, and temple bells echo from the lakeside shrine complex.
