Gun Hill, at 2,122 meters, is the second-highest point and one of the top attractions in Mussoorie, reached by a short 400-metre ropeway that climbs above the Mall. The name traces back to a colonial-era cannon fired at midday to help residents set their watches. Today, the summit features stalls, a small food court, and an open platform where, on clear mornings, snow peaks like Bandarpunch and Srikantha appear framed between the deodars.

Kempty Falls is one of the top attractions in Mussoorie, a 40-metre, five-tiered cascade located 15 kilometers from town on the road to Yamunotri. The shallow pool at the base makes it ideal for families, while a ropeway carries visitors across the gorge for a different perspective, adding to the list of things to do in Mussoorie. Lal Tibba, at 2,275 meters, is the highest point and among the top attractions in Mussoorie, with a Japanese telescope trained on the snow peaks. Between the viewpoints are charming cafes, bakeries, and the 1836 St Paul’s Church, making it one of the most serene places to visit in Mussoorie.
