Gali Bandalu & Viewpoints
About
Gali Bandalu, which means the windy rocks, is one of the most striking places to visit in Horsley hills. Located at the edge of the plateau in Horsley Hills Andhra Pradesh, this natural granite formation sits at about 1,265 metres above the Rayalaseema plains. The unique Horsley hills location allows powerful winds to rush through narrow gaps in the rocks, creating a constant roaring sound and a thrilling sensory experience. The cool gusts are a welcome contrast to the heat of the plains below, and the short Horsley hills distance from the main Horsley hills resort makes it easily accessible. Though there is no Horsley hills beach, the dramatic cliff edge views offer their own charm.
