The reef extends 2 kilometres offshore around Agatti Island, with shallow lagoon waters between shore and reef edge. The turquoise lagoon is 1 to 3 metres deep, offering easy swimming and 600+ fish species. Showcasing what Agatti island famous for, the edge drops sharply to 30+ metres. It is one of India's finest dive sites with manta rays, hawksbill turtles, reef sharks, and coral gardens. The beach resort is the main base for an Agatti island tour.
