The Vasa Museum houses the world's only preserved seventeenth-century ship, which catastrophically sank in Stockholm harbor on her maiden voyage in 1628. Haga is Gothenburg's oldest and most charming neighborhood, famous for its beautifully preserved wood-and-brick houses dating back to the nineteenth century. Voted as Sweden's most beautiful building, Kiruna Church is a majestic, red wooden structure built in the early twentieth century. Designed to resemble a traditional Sámi tent (goahti), the church features unique Art Nouveau details, beautiful wood carvings, and bronze statues, and is one of the largest wooden buildings to be moved during the historic city relocation.

LKAB's Kiruna mine is the largest and most modern underground iron ore mine in the world. The guided tour takes visitors in a direct bus ride down a steep road to the historic exhibition level, situated five hundred and forty meters underground, detailing the mining process and the incredible physical relocation of the city.
