Ticket Coverage • Tickets cover admission and sightseeing fees during operating hours only. Other ancillary services are not included. Entry Requirements — Based on Height, Not Age • Under 80 cm — free entry when accompanied by one paying adult. • 80 cm to 140 cm — child fare applies. • Above 140 cm — adult fare applies. • If someone above 140 cm purchases a child ticket, a surcharge of VND 90,000 will be applied at the entrance • Free entry for under-80 cm children applies only to tickets purchased directly at the counter. Ticket Conditions • Tickets must be intact — not torn, patched, or erased. • Valid on the day of purchase or redemption only. • Non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued. • Not transferable to another person after purchase. • Tickets are valid for one-time use on the selected date. Re-entry after exit is not permitted. Check with counter staff before exiting if unsure. Operating hours: daily 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM. Last admission is at 9:00 PM.
