1. According to maritime regulations, you must provide the full Chinese or English name (must match the name on the Hong Kong ID card/passport), gender, and nationality of all guests. Please ensure the information is accurate. If any errors or omissions result in the guest being unable to use the booking after successful reservation, the guest will bear full responsibility.
2. According to maritime regulations, for safety reasons, children aged 12 or below must wear a life jacket at all times while on board. Passengers who fail to comply with this requirement will be denied boarding or disembarkation.
Same price applies to adults and children aged 2 and above. Children aged 0–2 are not allowed on board. We apologize for any inconvenience.
On the day of travel, please arrive at the North Point East Ferry Terminal at least 20 minutes before the departure time. If you miss the ferry due to personal reasons such as going to the wrong terminal or not arriving early enough, you will be responsible for any consequences.
The disembarkation port is the same as the embarkation port.
5. In case of severe weather, the fireworks display may be canceled or postponed, subject to the organizer's decision on the day. Guests cannot request a refund for this reason. Once this booking service is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.
6. Staff will assign you a table number on-site. Please take your seat accordingly. Participants will be seated with other guests.
