The Last Days of Pompeii: The Immersive Exhibition takes visitors on a journey through one of history’s most dramatic moments, bringing the ancient city back to life before its sudden destruction. Using state-of-the-art technology, visitors can explore the streets of Pompeii, step inside the Villa of Mysteries, one of the most well-preserved suburban ancient Roman villas on the outskirts of Pompeii, witness the grandeur of the amphitheater, and experience the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in a way never seen before. The exhibition combines immersive projections, virtual reality, a metaverse experience, and a curated collection of real artifacts to create a deeply engaging and educational visit.

Each area of the exhibition offers a different perspective on Pompeii:

• Immersive Hall – A stunning 360º projection that brings Pompeii’s streets to life, showing daily life before the eruption and its eventual destruction.
• Virtual Reality Experience – A fully immersive journey that places visitors inside the Roman amphitheater, experiencing Pompeian entertainment firsthand, from chariot races to gladiatorial battles.
• Metaverse Room – Visitors become avatars and explore the Villa of the Mysteries, walking freely through its stunning frescoed rooms, gardens, and bathhouses.
• Scenic Built Area – A beautifully recreated peristyle garden, amphitheater, and fountains, allowing visitors to physically step into a Roman environment.
• Museal Area – Displays a curated selection of real artifacts from prestigious collections, including Roman glass, marble sculptures, and gladiatorial equipment. This area also features a Vulcano Area, which explores the eruption’s geological impact and presents the famous body casts of Pompeii’s victims.
