• To ensure a comfortable experience for visitors, if the number of people entering the park exceeds the upper limit, crowd control measures will be implemented, and admission will be arranged based on the proportion of visitors exiting the park.Prohibited and Restricted Items
• For safety and hygiene purposes, the following items are prohibited in the park: food, mats, all glass products, snorkeling equipment (including snorkeling masks), fins, diving masks, pets, large water play equipment (exceeding 1 m in length or width), strollers, carts, and other wheeled transportation devices.
• In addition to the items listed above, any items that may affect safety or water quality may also be restricted or required to be stored.
• Outside food is not allowed. Please store your food in the designated storage area.
• Visitors with children, infants, or special dietary requests (such as allergies), please consult the reception staff.
• Alcoholic beverages are prohibited upon entry. Alcohol can only be purchased and consumed in designated areas within the park.[Dress Code for Facility Usage]
• Those not wearing designated attire will have restricted access to certain experience facilities.
• Body Slide: Prohibited for those wearing cold-proof clothing, swimwear with metal or plastic hooks, leggings, T-shirts (any material), swimwear or beach shorts with metal decorations, or wrap skirts.
• Tube/Mat Slides: Wearing swimsuits with sharp decorations, earrings, necklaces, piercings, bracelets, hats, glasses, or sunglasses is prohibited.[Safety and Health Regulations]
• Individuals with infectious diseases are prohibited from entering the park.
• For safety reasons, children and elderly individuals may be restricted from using certain facilities.
• Children aged 4 years (48 months) and above of different genders are not allowed to accompany each other in the bathing area and changing room.
• Individuals who are intoxicated or exhibit behavior that may harm others are prohibited from entering.
• Visitors with large tattoos that may cause discomfort to others may be restricted from entering the park or using facilities. Please wear a jacket or follow staff instructions.Important Notes:
• Swimwear or water sports attire is required for entry and water activities; everyday clothing is prohibited in the water.
• A hat that fully covers the hair must be worn (swim cap, baseball cap, or headscarf are all acceptable).
• Please wear waterproof shoes in the park; for water quality safety, do not wear sandals or flip-flops.
• Swimsuits are available for purchase at the park store, but swimsuit rentals are not offered separately.
• Children under 10 and elderly individuals must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Warm up thoroughly before entering the water, and take a 10-minute break after every 50 minutes of water play.
• If you feel your body temperature dropping, leave the water immediately, warm yourself with a towel, and rest or move to a warmer area.
• Life jackets are mandatory in the wave pool; anyone under 120 cm must wear a life jacket when using any facility.
• The park is not responsible for accidents caused by damaged swimwear or visitor negligence.
• Please store valuables in the safety deposit boxes. The park is not responsible for any loss or theft of unsecured items.
• Sun loungers are available for rental on-site, first come, first served.
• Refunds are not available due to weather conditions. Please check the weather forecast before use.
• Diving is prohibited; the indoor floor is slippery, please do not run, walk slowly, and parents should pay special attention to children's safety.
• Individuals with epilepsy, skin diseases, heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, or those who are pregnant or menstruating are advised to avoid entering the water.
• In case of an accident, the attraction shall not bear legal liability.
• Children under 3 years old must wear waterproof diapers or infant swimwear (available at supply stores).
• If the electronic locker key is lost, please report the loss immediately and pay a reissuance fee of 25,000 KRW.
• Lost items will be kept for a maximum of 1 month, after which they will be disposed of uniformly.Booking Information

• During peak season or busy periods, queuing or delays may occur due to capacity limitations. Your understanding is appreciated.
• In case of facility closures due to force majeure such as natural disasters, entry will be restricted and handled according to the refund policy.
• The actual validity period and facility operations may be adjusted based on on-site conditions. Please confirm in advance.
• Neither the park nor the seller shall be responsible for any losses incurred due to purchasing or reselling admission tickets through unofficial channels.
• Each facility operates independently, and the validity period for admission and use may change.
