The Bunun tribe is located in Taoyuan Village, Yanping Township, Taitung County. It is an important tribe in the East Rift Valley of Huadong. The park has a handicrafts area, a performance field, a Bunun weaving workshop, as well as a display of iron, wood, stone, pottery, slate art and paintings by a number of ethnic art creators. The most popular in the park is the tribal coffee house. The freshly brewed coffee is fragrant. The semi-open-air seating has a good view, overlooking the Luming River. From November to December every year, the Bunun people hold a millet sowing ceremony for the prayer for a good harvest.
