AIA Carnival Ticket (Including Tokens) Child (Including 7 Tokens) General Promotion Terms & Conditions 1. Each admission ticket is valid for one person for single entry during operating hours. Please refer to the website for the opening hours of each day. Children under 3 years old, seniors aged 65 or above, and disabled persons can enter for free. Staff may request valid ID from anyone claiming this concession to verify eligibility. 3. Child ticket includes children aged 3 to 11 who must present valid original identification documents to the carnival. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by someone aged 15 or above. 4. The admission ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, and is only valid on the date shown on the ticket; unless it complies with the ticket redemption provisions in Clause 3.2 of the Ticket Terms and Conditions, which can be found at www.aiacarnival.com/zh-Hant-HK/terms-conditions. 5. Visitors holding physical tickets must present the original ticket at the entrance to enter the venue. Digital copies, photos, screenshots from electronic devices, or photocopies of tickets will not be accepted under any circumstances. 6. In the event of special circumstances requiring the closure of the carnival or adjustment of operating hours, the organizer will act in accordance with the decisions of the relevant authorities. Changes may be implemented without prior notice due to severe weather, safety concerns, maintenance needs, or other similar situations. 7. Certain rides or attractions may be temporarily closed due to severe weather, safety concerns, maintenance, or other operational needs without prior notice. 8. The following activities are strictly prohibited at the carnival: (a) Consuming food or beverages purchased outside within the carnival venue; (b) Selling goods or services, unless prior consent has been obtained from the organizer; (c) Commercial photography or videography, unless prior consent has been obtained from the organizer; (d) Distribute any kind of printed or recorded materials, unless prior consent has been obtained from the organizer. (e) Unauthorized activities, demonstrations, or speeches, or the use of any flags, banners, or slogans, as well as other unauthorized public gatherings; (f) Operating remote-controlled aircraft; (g) Engage in any unsafe behavior or other actions that may interfere with the operation of the carnival or any related facilities. 9. Except for service animals with valid identification, Carnival does not allow pets or other animals to enter. 10. By purchasing tickets or entering the carnival venue, visitors agree and consent to the organizer's right to photograph, record, and use their likeness or voice for commercial purposes, and waive any claims or rights to such usage within the limits permitted by law. 11. Visitors agree to comply with all notices and instructions issued by staff to ensure safety and order. 12. Carnival reserves the right to deny entry or require individuals to leave the carnival premises without refund or compensation for illegal, unsafe, or offensive behavior, or when deemed necessary by the organizers. 13. Except as required by law and to the extent permitted by law, the organizer shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or personal injury suffered by visitors, whether caused by the organizer's negligence or otherwise. In case of disputes, the Carnival reserves the right to make final decisions regarding disputes and other ticket-related matters.
