Abeno Observatory/HARUKAS 300 (Observatory)

• Ages 4 and over (Those under 145cm and over 200cm are not allowed.) • Elementary school students and younger must be accompanied by a guardian (1 person over 18 years old) • Since the reception is on a first-come, first-served basis, there is no guarantee of participation even if you purchase, so please be aware. Even if the capacity is reached on a first-come, first-served basis, we will let you know if there is space for the next session. If you miss the first-come-first-served basis, you will not be charged. • The staff will visit the case in order. If there is a full seat, the visit will be arranged to the next time slot. If it cannot be arranged, a full refund will be given. Please understand. • Depending on the weather, it may be canceled or it may be canceled during window cleaning. • Events may be canceled due to weather conditions and window cleaning. • Bringing cameras, smartphones, and mobile phones is not allowed. • Luggage, accessories, and other items that may fall off must be stored in a locker. • Wear the uniform over your clothes. • Please wear a harness and a safety belt. • If you are wearing sandals, heels, or other shoes that are easy to take off, you will be asked to change into lace-up shoes. • Cameras, smartphones and mobile phones are prohibited. • Luggage and decorations are at risk of falling, so please store them in lockers. • Wear the designated uniform over your clothes. • Fasten your harness and seat belt. • Shoes that are easy to fall off, such as slippers and high heels, need to be replaced with shoes with laces.
