Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
About
First constructed in 1889, the Capilano Suspension Bridge is one of Vancouver’s oldest and most iconic tourist attractions. Suspended 70 meters (230 feet) above the thundering Capilano River, the simple cable bridge spans 137 meters (460 feet) through a dramatic temperate rainforest canopy. The surrounding adventure park has evolved to include thrilling cliffside walkways, elevated treetop boardwalks, and interactive nature exhibits.
